A Chance at Justice

Help Separated Immigrant Families Get Legal Representation and Stay Together

The federal government has agreed to allow more than 5,000 children and parents who were forcibly separated under the Trump administration to apply for asylum. Right now, thousands of these families will have to navigate the complex immigration legal process without any help. Families with legal representation are FIVE TIMES more likely to win their asylum cases.

Separated families deserve a chance at justice, but without an attorney, the odds remain stacked against them.

Immigration advocacy organizations are coming together to ensure the families cruelly torn apart under the Trump Administration finally have a fair shot at justice by providing access to free legal representation. A coalition of leading legal service providers have committed to provide over 500 separated family members with legal representation if they are able to raise this money this month. Your donation will help ensure that separated families get the legal representation they need and deserve.
